Hiring NXT assumes no liability for the quality or genuineness of responses received by users. Individuals and companies must conduct their own background checks on the bona fide nature of all responses.

Hiring NXT will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this website. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research the information on the site.

2Data Privacy & Sharing

Hiring NXT does not share personally identifiable data of any individual with other companies or entities without obtaining permission, except with those acting as our agents or service providers.

3Acceptable Use

Users agree to the following when using the platform:

The user expressly states that all resume data, information, or content fed into Hiring NXT is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent, or misleading information.

Hiring NXT expressly disclaims any liability arising from such content. The user agrees to indemnify Hiring NXT for all losses incurred due to any false, fraudulent, or objectionable content uploaded to the platform.

6Account Security

The user is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their password and user identification. All activities performed through a user's account are the sole responsibility of that user.

Hiring NXT assumes no responsibility or liability for improper use of information relating to credit card, debit card, or other payment instruments used by subscribers online or offline.

7Legal Compliance

Users agree to comply at all times with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and all rules, regulations, guidelines, and notifications made thereunder, while accessing or submitting any data to the Hiring NXT platform.

Users who violate any provisions of the IT Act, 2000 shall be solely responsible for all acts and shall alone be liable for civil and criminal liability thereunder or under any other applicable law.

The user is solely responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, consents, approvals, and intellectual property rights required for using the service.

8Intellectual Property

Users shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person or entity, nor retain or download any information from any computer system with an intention to do so.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by or licensed to Hiring NXT unless otherwise stated.

9Platform Availability & Warranties

Hiring NXT will make best efforts but does not warrant that the website or any affiliated sites are free of operational errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Services are subject to quotas as applicable and advised.

Email addresses provided as part of contact details are expected to be genuine and access to such accounts is available to authorized personnel only.

10Payments & Refunds

Payments for services offered by hiringnxt.com are on a 100% advance basis. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Hiring NXT.

Hiring NXT offers no guarantees for the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching customer accounts. Hiring NXT gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All services are on a best-effort basis and liability is limited to refund of the amount paid.

Hiring NXT undertakes no liability for free-tier services.

11Data Publication Rights

Hiring NXT reserves the right to post user data on the website hiringnxt.com or on such other affiliated sites and publications as Hiring NXT may deem fit, at no extra cost to the subscriber or user.

12Non-Exclusivity & Agency

Any subscription or usage agreement does not confer exclusivity of service on any subscriber or user. The subscription is not a "non-poach agreement" — hiringnxt.com is a public site and all publicly posted information goes to the public domain.

The services provided by Hiring NXT do not extend to acting as an agent (express or implied) on behalf of any subscriber or user. Hiring NXT has no agents save for those specifically mentioned on the website.

13Legal Proceedings

Hiring NXT will not be party to any legal proceedings between a user and a party contracted through the site. If Hiring NXT is implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that names Hiring NXT. Hiring NXT will abide with any court order served through due process.

14Spam & Virus Disclaimer

If a person receives spam or a virus that includes a link to hiringnxt.com, Hiring NXT shall not be held responsible. Hiring NXT assumes no responsibility for such communications.

15Liability Limitation

Hiring NXT shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account or information relating to online transactions using credit/debit cards, their verification process, or particulars — nor for any error, omission, or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed, whether in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank.

16Enforcement & Termination

Any person using hiringnxt.com in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall render themselves liable to appropriate action in a court of law, both civil and criminal.

In case of non-compliance with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, Hiring NXT may terminate usage rights and take down any offending information uploaded by such subscriber or user.

17Changes to These Terms

Hiring NXT reserves the right to amend, alter, or change all or any disclaimers or terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
